Nadine DiMonte is a Regulatory Specialist in the World Bank’s Development Economics vice-presidency. She leads the development of the team’s essential documents such as the Manual and Guide, Methodology Handbook, and Policy and Procedure Framework. Ms. DiMonte joined the World Bank in 2013 and has extensively worked on the regulatory framework analysis of the business environment in countries globally. Her work focused mainly on corporate governance and secured transactions. Ms. DiMonte holds an LLM in Corporate Law from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Laws in French Law and Lebanese Law from Saint Joseph University. Ms. DiMonte is a member of the New York Bar Association. Before joining the World Bank Group, Ms. DiMonte worked as an associate in the corporate and banking department at law firms in the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon. Ms. DiMonte is fluent in French and Arabic.
