Ms. Lefebvre, a Canadian national, joined the Bank in 2009 as a Senior Public Sector Specialist in the Africa Region. She brings both operational and substantive experience in leading and contributing to analytical work in Morocco, Algeria, Madagascar, Comoros, Burundi, Vietnam, Tanzania, and Mali. In her most recent assignment as Senior Public Sector Specialist in Morocco, she managed a multidisciplinary team to address cross-cutting governance issues.
