CLOSING DATE AND TIME: MARCH 11, 2019 @ 11.45 PM EST
The WBG reaches millions of people across the globe each year through its external websites. Our digital presence is a symbol of the institution’s transparency and openness, and is our most important tool for sharing knowledge, demonstrating our effectiveness to the world, and engaging with clients.
For the past 10+ years, the WBG has run a voice of web-visitor survey on its web sites. Over the years, this survey allowed us to better understand our digital audiences, their preferences and their web-experience with the goal of improving our website. The survey was redesigned recently with the goal of not only gauging the web experience, but principally to better understand our digital audience’s opinion about the World Bank, capture their information preferences and measure the overall impact of World Bank communications efforts globally.
The primary objective of this RFP is to procure a flexible voice of web-visitor survey solution to be deployed across all WBG websites. The outcome of the RFP will be the selection of one (1) qualified vendor with an existing software and hosting solution around:
1. Survey Format and Data Collection (Front-End)

3. Technical Implementation
4. Project and Account Management, and Professional Services
