The World Bank Group invites firms having registered office in Katmandu, Nepal, to indicate their interest in providing transportation services for the World Bank office, Katmandu, Nepal. Interested firms should have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in transportation services and revenue of 30,000,000 NPR per annum and must demonstrate it has the financial capability to successfully support the entire contract. The Scope of Work includes the following: a. Provide appropriate vehicle, drivers, supplies, and equipment required to fulfill the requirement of Transportation Services, for use in Katmandu, Nepal. b. Provide services after office hours and emergency assistance on a need basis. c. Be available to book transportation arrangements during working hours, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, for all days of the week. d. Provide commercially registered vehicles covered under comprehensive insurance. e. Provide vehicles less than five (5) years old. f. Provide ad-hoc transportation services to WBG staff without advance notice. g. The firms must have valid trading licenses, permits and VAT Compliance Certificates, as per applicable laws and regulations. 

The submission deadline is December 20, 2021, 18:00 Washington, DC time.
