Bids are invited from eligible Certified Resellers of Tibco Data Virtualization Enterprise Software for the Maintenance and Support services as specified in the Statement of Work of the IFB document. Bids must be received by the World Bank Group (WBG) at ONLY GSDPRSolicitation@worldbank.org and no later than 3 pm EST on March 11, 2021.
An eligible bidder must meet all the Mandatory criteria, as stated in Exhibit F and other requirements as listed in the IFB document. Specifically, bidder must be an authorized Reseller for TIBCO Software, Inc. Should the Bidder be selected for Contract award but fail to maintain its “Authorized reseller” status during the contract term, that constitutes a material default by the Bidder and the WBG has the right to terminate the contract therefore.

The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
The World Bank reserves the right to reject any or all responses without recourse.
