The World Bank Group (“WBG”), which includes International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), International Development Association (IDA), Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), International Finance Corporation (IFC) and International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), is seeking a qualified Contractor to implement its enterprise-wide 360°/Multi-Rater Leadership Assessment (“360°/Multi -Rater”).
The WBG 360°/Multi-Rater has been conducted for tagged (or official) managers and non-tagged supervisors for over 15 years. The results have been used as a source of input into a manager’s annual performance evaluation and/or talent development. The WBG will require the Contractor to manage the administration of the 360°/Multi-Rater including, broadly, pre-assessment planning work, administration of the assessment, preparing/distributing data/reports, and analysis.

The RFP will remain available until March 20, 2019. Please note that the period for submitting proposals has started. The WBG reserves the right to extend the submission period as it deems necessary. Interested firms are encouraged to request a copy of the RFP as soon as possible.
Offerors requesting or otherwise receiving copies of the RFP late shall not be entitled to an extension of the period for submitting proposals.

The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
The World Bank reserves the right to reject any or all responses without recourse.
