The International Finance Corporation hereinafter referred to as “WBG” invites interested parties to respond to a Request for Information (RFI) for SENIOR LEVEL TRAINING ON PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS (PPPs) AND PROJECT FINANCE (the “Training”). The Training is to be delivered to WBG practitioners and its stakeholders, including government clients, donors, and development partners and shall focus on exploring the advantages and shortcomings of various legal and financial structures, regulatory set-up, environmental issues and communication strategies in the preparation, design and structuring of PPPs. The Training should rely on a variety of case studies across sectors, with emphasis in emerging countries, that best demonstrate and support the learning purpose. This RFI is issued to obtain information concerning market conditions and trends, to allow the World Bank/IFC to monitor and update its market information of training resources.  

The WBG does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited.  The WBG reserves the right to defer or cancel the RFI without penalty. 

An information session will be held on the Senior Level Training on PPPs and Project Finance requirements. Interested firms/institutions are invited to attend the conference/meeting which will be held via Teams on:
