This Terms of Reference (TOR) outlines the role of a qualified data collection firm (the “Firm”); in collaboration with the World Bank Team (the “WB Team”); to support an impact evaluation aimed at reducing job search costs and improving job placement outcomes for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) students.

Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
