The objective of this assignment is to work with the MENA GIL and the study Principal Investigators (PIs) to field the evaluation baseline and endline surveys on a sample of households that receive childcare subsidies and a sample of households that do not receive the subsidies but are enrolled in Amen Social. The total expected sample size is 1;500 households per wave. At baseline; the firm will be responsible for identifying eligible households for the survey based on criteria established by the study team and described in this TOR. The household survey will entail data collection both with mothers and with/on children aged 2-6 in the household. Household surveys will be conducted twice; at baseline and endline; with the same sample of households. The firm will be responsible for ensuring accurate tracking of households between waves. The data collection firm will also be responsible for conducting quality assessments of 100 kindergartens.
