The World Bank Task Team is looking for a consultant firm to assess Albania current PFM system gaps and prepare an evolution roadmap; including businesses processes; functional requirements and technology upgrade. More specifically; the selected firm will : (i) undertake an assessment of the PFM ecosystem at the central and subnational levels; focused on AFMIS and PIMIS; (ii) prepare evolution roadmaps from a conceptual; business processes; and technological point of view; and (iii) prepare a set of functional; business and technological requirements to inform the upgrade of the central AFMIS and the design and roll-out of the local AFMIS.
