The World Bank is seeking consultancy services to conduct a study that aims to support African countries in leveraging E-Mobility to enhance energy access through mini-grids. It will assess the impact of E-Mobility on the operational and financial performance of  mini-grid systems  and provide country-specific and regional recommendations to strengthen energy access frameworks. Specifically; the study will:• Evaluate the impact of E-Mobility on mini-grid performance and rate of return.• Identify sustainable business models and financing strategies to integrate E-Mobility into mini-grids.• Deliver actionable policy and operational recommendations.
