The World Bank; in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Affairs (MoSA); is launching a call for proposals to recruit a communication consultancy agency. The selected agency will support the MoSA in developing an integrated communication plan and strengthening its monitoring and evaluation (M&E) capacities to ensure optimized and impactful implementation.The consultancy agency will play a key role in structuring and implementing this plan; ensuring alignment with the ministry's objectives and operational requirements.

Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
