The objective of this activity is to perform a diagnostic assessment of the production water meters installed in the water networks of Ouagadougou and Bobo-Dioulasso; part of the water assets managed by the Burkina Faso Water utility; ONEA. This important activity is a prerequisite for the global study aimed at reducing Non-Revenue Water for ONEA. The specific objectives are: (i) to assess the functionality of all targeted water meters and (ii) to provide at least two lists of water meters that need rehabilitation and renewal.
