This Terms of Reference (“ToR”) outlines the framework for enhancing cybersecurity across the Pacific Islands under the Pacific Cybersecurity Program. (“Program.”) The Program aims to address the unique cybersecurity needs of each participating country; ensuring a tailored approach that considers local contexts and specific requirements. The overarching goal is to improve the resilience; reliability; and trustworthiness of digital systems in the region; thereby supporting broader objectives of digital inclusion; economic development; and social equity.SEE FULL TOR ATTACHED
