This assignment will entail conducting a selective but robust baseline survey in selected project areas. The survey shall collect household and institutional level information on water; sanitation and hygiene (WASH) service levels; outcomes and perceptions; including coping cost expenditure patterns; in selected rural areas of Sindh province; Pakistan; as part of the proposed Sindh Transformational Accelerated Rural WASH Project.
