Purpose is to develop a business case for strengthening and scaling up the FETP program in India including support for FETP capacity building in other countries in the South Asia Region. The business case will be a well- documented; and structured document to provide strong rationale and economic justification for strengthening and scaling-up of the FETP program to policy makers clearly highlighting the need and expected benefits; especially augmenting India’s pandemic preparedness and response;  while identifying the potential risks and proposing specific measures for mitigation.
