To assess the trade-offs and economic feasibility of shifting away from fishing and associated value chains to alternative livelihoods to inform the implementation of the Uganda Climate Smart Agricultural Transformation Project as it relates to supporting fisheries communities. In addition; the study will examine the skills demand by those alternative livelihoods and wishes of the fisher folk.
