The objective of the terms of reference is to provide technical assistant to the National Academy for Vocational Training (NAVT) in implementing the workplace-based training program. The support will include providing technical assistance and advising the NAVT on the design of the program; support in development of relevant project documents including project implementation manual (PoM); assist the NAVT in the development of monitoring systems; provide support documenting progress and lesson learned during implementation; and capacity development of NAVT staff to implement the workplace-based training.
