PROPOSED ACTIVITYThe World Bank is seeking to hire a consultant firm to conduct a capacity assessment of the Plataforma of Civil Society for Social Protection in Mozambique. The results will provide the basis and guide the development of future support and technical assistance to the Plataforma.  2.       SCOPE OF WORK The objective of this consultancy is to conduct a comprehensive organizational capacity assessment of the Plataforma of Civil Society for Social Protection in Mozambique; identifying strengths; weaknesses; gaps and areas for improvement.   The results will inform the World Bank on the capacity of the Plataforma in different assessment areas and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the Plataforma’s capacity to implement and scale up its work in Social Protection.     3.1 Capacity Assessment Objectives*Identify current strengths and areas of expertise within the Plataforma *Analyze existing gaps; weaknesses and areas for improvement *Recommend specific capacity-building interventions tailored to the identified needs
