The Consultant will work under the direction of the WB task team leaders (TTLs) of the “Burundi Digital Foundations” Project and the guidance of SETIC that will be ensuring coordination on the GoB side to deliver the following tasks: - Task 1:  Define a cybersecurity assessment framework based on ISO27001 and other relevant methodologies.- Task 2: Conduct the assessment.- Task 3: Draft cybersecurity assessment reports. - Task 4: Draft action plans for enhancing the cybersecurity posture of the Ministries. - Task 5: Present the assessment reports and action plans to the Ministries and other GoB stakeholders.
