The objective of this request for proposal is to perform a salary survey within Microfinance sector as well as the general market in Cote d'Ivoire with the objective to:-          Develop and set up a structured and professional framework for C&B practices benchmark/comparison.-          Articulate the overall C&B policy and practices on a consistent job leveling system.-          Set up the AMIFA salary and benefits Band that supports the performance enhancement and enables development and talent retention initiatives.

Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
