The primary objective of this assignment is to hire a consultant; under a master service agreement; to advice governments on the development of wind sites; based on high quality wind measurement data covering two years (24 months) of measurements. The secondary objective of this assignment is to support global and national research efforts and improvements to wind resource datasets and tools through publication of the data; such as in ESMAP’s Global Wind Atlas.

The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.

The World Bank reserves the right to reject any or all responses without recourse.
