We are seeking a non-governmental organization or firm based in Ethiopia to support the Government of Ethiopia (GoE) to finalize the development and deliver a communication campaign at community level and a women empowerment training to groups of Productive Safety Net Program (PSNP) beneficiaries. The communication campaign and training will accompany a switch from male to female recipients in married PSNP public work households and are expected to be delivered between November and December 2023.

The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
