This selection is to support the establishment of a Framework Agreement between the WB and a select number of Firms; for a period of 3 years with two option periods of 12 months each; to carry out Emergency Preparedness and Response Consulting services. The WBG shall select 3 to 4 firms to accede to this Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement is designed to support the procurement of consultants to carry out EP&R analytical tools (including the Lessons Learned Exercise and the Ready2Respond Diagnostic) and other ad hoc technical support that the WB can use in its client dialogue and development of projects.

The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.

The World Bank reserves the right to reject any or all responses without recourse.
