IFC Transaction Advisory (CTA) is currently negotiating a transaction advisory mandate with the Government of Haiti (GoH); to act as its lead transaction adviser to develop a PPP pilot project for the rural water sector (the Project). The goal is to improve and optimize the current delegation of service of Piped Water Supply Schemes (PWS) in Rural and Small Towns (RST) to private operators and once successful to potentially replicate the pilot project nationwide at a later stage. Note that this later stage is not part of the present project scope.IFC intends to hire the services of a technical consulting firm specialized in rural water supply to support the team in delivering this advisory mandate. IFC is seeking proposals at this early stage to ensure timely appointment of technical consultants.
