[4:52 PM] Hongye FanThe objectives of this consultancy services are to provide analytical and advisory services for the Government of Ghana to (i) review the status quo and  assess the gaps in policy, regulatory framework, Kumasi urban transport institutional arrangements related to the BRT system, system design, funding and financing mechanisms, business model, market demand, private participation, and value creation etc., for urban transport PPPs and financing in Ghana, (ii) explore feasible PPP options on BRTs under Kumasi Urban Mobility and Accessibility Project (KUMAP), and (iii) evaluate and rank options on how to enhance their commercial viability and financial sustainability, as well as create a value for money public service to meet the transit demand in Kumasi.
