IFC is looking for a Technical Consultant for a Hospital PFI/PPP in a Brazilian State.Consultant shall work on the following topics:- Demand Forecast- Engineering Design as well as CAPEX and OPEX estimations- KPIs design and specifications setting- Annexes drafting- Support on the bidding stage and with project's promotion
