The World Bank Group invites qualified firms to participate in the solicitation for providing Construction and Project Management Services for WBG HQ. The contractor must be able to provide the following:
1. Evidence of minimum earned aggregate fees of US$ 5.0M per annum on average for last 3 years (2019, 2020, 2021).
2. Customer references for which similar service is currently provided by Offeror. (Provide 5 references)
3. Offeror has been in business for at least five (5) years.
4. Offeror must submit a complete set of audited financials for the previous two fiscal years (2020 and 2021) that demonstrates it has the financial capability to successfully support the entire contract.
5. Offeror must agree to all the contract terms and conditions of WBG.
