RESUME SCREENING AND TALENT PIPELINE TOOL

WBG is seeking to implement a robust, flexible, Artificial Intelligence(AI) and modern Cloud solution that can help  efficiently to screen large volume of resumes on an average around 200+ CV’s per job and help in creating and managing a talent pipeline for future opportunities. The tool should be fully equipped with AI and Machine Learning (ML) capacity. This tool should be intelligent to choose the right candidate from the pool of application matching the job description and selection criteria. Moreover, the tool should be user-friendly as this will be used by non-technical units as well. We expect the tool to provide 99% accuracy and reduce the time in screening the CV’s manually. The solution provider will need to support implementation & stabilization of the solution (including product configuration, integration with CSOD, staff training and post-deployment support).
