The World Bank Group (WBG) seeks for qualified firms to provide services for Results Documentation Project in Kabul, Afghanistan. Offeror must meet the following mandatory criteria, as a minimum, to participate in this RFP.
BACKGROUND AND BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK
The World Bank Group Afghanistan Country Office is looking for potential competent firms to document development results and produce feature stories, video testimonies and capture photographs related to designated World Bank Group as well as Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF) supported projects and programs in Afghanistan.
The firm is expected to assign four expert consultants i.e.
1) photographer,
2) feature/blog writer and
3) videographer who will be responsible for documenting and photographing and developing high resolution, print quality photos of stakeholders; beneficiaries’ stories.
4) video editor with command on editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro and post-production tools such as Adobe After Effects.
MANDATORY CRITERIA
§ The firm must provide three references comparable to the current project whose account you have acquired within the past two years.
§ Offeror must have at least three (3) years of experience in professional photography, making documentary films and feature writing in developing countries and in producing a video shot in several countries.
§ Offeror must submit a complete set of audited financials for the previous two fiscal years demonstrating it has the financial capability to successfully support the entire contract.
§ There may be additional mandatory criteria. They, if any, will be provided as part of the RFP package.
Firms meeting the above mandatory criteria may request a solicitation package.
