OBJECTIVES In order to scale up its multimedia, and interactive production deliverables, the OLC s seeking support on a basis of a framework with a number of vendors. We expect to identify up to 2 vendors to be selected for the assignments and among which we’ll distribute learning projects. The work will be measured in specified units (see below) and projects awarded to the selected vendor(s) on an as- needed basis. The work should be done in a way allowing quick and easy localization of the products and may contain development of language versions or localized adaptations of existing products. The selected vendors will provide support to the OLC in the following three components. Almost all projects will require components 1 and 2 and some projects all three. Therefore we are looking for vendors who can support all three components below.
