1.1     The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development “the Bank” seeks qualified firms to provide Onsite and Virtual Instructor-led Training (ILT) at its Headquarters in Washington, D.C. as part of its Information Technology Solutions (ITS) Learning Program.

1.2   Scope

The ITS Learning Program will deliver face-to-face and virtual learning in the following seven topics:

•     Business Analysis

•     Project Management

•     Agile Project Management

•     Vendor Management

•     Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

•     Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)

•     Cloud Computing

ITS staff in Washington will attend instructor-led classes at the WBG Headquarters. ITS staff in country offices will attend virtual classes with synchronous and asynchronous components.

It is anticipated that 500 to 1,000 users will be trained per year.
