i. The World Bank is seeking a qualified vendor to establish and support an Enterprise Occupational Health and Safety Management Software System (EOHSMSS) to manage occupational health and safety information and findings as follows:

i.        The World Bank is seeking a qualified vendor to establish and support an Enterprise Occupational Health and Safety Management Software System (EOHSMSS) to manage occupational health and safety information and findings as follows:

(1)   Manage the WBG Accident/Incident Reporting System

(2)   Manage and control OHS hazards and risks within the WBG Global workplace

(3)   Manage WBG Global OHS workflows

(4)   Provide global OHS Analytics

(5)   Manage the OHS knowledge base, reference and training materials

ii.       Ensure seamless integration with current WBG’s SharePoint and Office 365 IT platforms, including Outlook, to provide real time creation and configuration changes to complex workflows and changing business rules; as well as a familiar look, feel, and operability consistent with WBG systems

iii.        Operationalize a system that is designed and built to the unique requirements of the WBG global footprint.

iv.        Provide a global solution that is accessible from multiple devices (Windows desktops and laptops, and iOS and/or Android phones and tablets)

v.        Capture metrics associated with Occupational Health and Safety Management, such as the number of accidents/incidents, related actions taken, risk assessments completed, completion of workflow, and process flow assessments, which will then be used as key performance metrics for overall management through system data collection and dashboard creation.

vi.        Improve and simplify access and system logon via single sign-on capability while remaining consistent with WBG Information & Technology Solution security requirements.

vii.       Integrate, operationalize, and improve current WBG OHSMS workflows, risk register, accident/incident notification, action management, risk matrix, risk assessment, risk management plans, directives, procedures, and guidance with respect to present OHS management system activities.
