The World Bank Group (WBG), with 189-member countries, staff from more than 170 countries, and offices in over 130 locations, is a unique global partnership: five institutions working for sustainable development solutions that reduce poverty and build shared prosperity in developing countries.
The WBG is looking to identify a commercial solution to review, analyze and edit the existing and new contracts and to colloborate and negotiate the contracts internally and externally. This RFI for Contract Analysis Solution is issued for the purpose of obtaining information concerning market conditions, vendor capabilities and solution functionality in the space of Contract Analysis through emerging technologies available in the market today in order to allow the World Bank Group to refine its requirements.
As part of RFI, The Bank may request to demonstrate the product from vendors. Subsequent RFP may be issued after this RFI evaluation.The WBG does not intend to award a contract based on this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited.
