G5 VISA TAX AND PAYROLL PAYMENT PROVIDER SERVICES

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:  JUNE 5, 2017 @ 4.00 PM EST

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain a vendor(s) to process the payroll and tax payment for the G5 domestic workers of World Bank Group (WBG) G4 employees. The domestic workers paid by the obtained vendors are not WBG employees.  They are the employees of WBG G4 employees. The agreement with the WBG and the selected vendor(s) will be to:

1. Provide an agreed upon rate schedule for WBG employees with the selected vendor(s).
2. Actual contract for services will be with the WBG staff member and the vendor(s) not the WBG.
3. Billing and Payment of Services will be with the WBG staff members and selected vendor(s).
4. Contract will include clause that if staff does not adhere to federal, state and local laws and statues regarding taxes and payroll payments notification will be sent to WBG.

As part of this pre-qualification process WBG will determine if more than one vendor will be selected to provide staff options that best fit their needs.

All Firms determined qualified will be invited to submit a response to the solicitation for the services.
