The International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) invites qualified General Contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (REI) on which to base the selection of firms for the receipt of an Invitation to Bid for providing Construction Works of IFC Office Building in Dakar, Senegal.
Firm must have a minimum average annual revenue in Architectural, Civil and Interior Works/Construction of C.F.A. Francs 20,000,000,000 (XOF 20,000 Million), equivalent to USD 37,000,000 (USD 37 Million) for the last five years (from 2012 to 2016), and must demonstrate it has the financial capability to successfully support the entire contract.
Firm must register, has all required licenses, permits and related paperwork and is authorized to operate as a General Contractor in the Construction Business, Civil Works, Fit-out works in Dakar, Senegal.
Firms must have been in Construction business for at least 10 years and must demonstrate that over the last 5 years the firm has successfully and continuously been engaged as a General Contractor in providing similar service to those required in this REI (Construction and fit-out of office buildings of minimum 8,000 square meters) in Senegal and/or African region).
The submission deadline is September 29, 2017 (3 p.m. Dakar, Senegal, Local time)
