The World Bank Group invites General Contractors to participate in a Request for Expression of Interest (REI) for pre-qualification for the office fit-out works for The World Bank Federated States of Micronesia Country Office at Pohnpei. The firm should have minimum annual average revenues of US Dollars 1,500,000.00 for the past three years.

Scope
The project is to provide fit-out works of the following;
- Total fit-out area of the project is about 4,575 Sq.ft
- Work will include interior construction and finishing works: office partitions, doors and frames, fixtures, fittings, etc. Electrical, AC, ventilation, Fire protection systems, Plumbing and sanitary, Security, IT, AV system, and miscellaneous.
Commencement of the main contract is scheduled for June/ July 2021 and assumes a 3-month duration for completion.
