RENOVATION OF THE WORLD BANK GROUP OFFICE IN JERUSALEM

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: OCTOBER 19, 2018 @ 3.:00 PM EST

The World Bank intends to procure services from a qualified General Contractor for the Renovation of WBG Office in Jerusalem.

The works should be in accordance with the design specifications, drawings and by the World Bank standard conditions according to Jerusalem and International Building Code, procurement requirements and construction schedule. The project discipline includes all project complete activities for Architectural, Civil, Finishes, MEP, IT, Security and life Safety. The contractor shall provide all the required As-Built documentation, training and warranties at completion of the project.

Bidders must pass the Mandatory Criteria to qualify for Financial Evaluation, as follows:

1.        

Bidder must have minimum average annual gross revenues of USD 2,000,000 in Jerusalem for the past three (3) years (2015, 2016 and 2017) for work similar to the Statement of Work. 

2.

Bidder must demonstrate it has the financial capability to successfully support the entire contract.

3.        

The Bidder must be registered and authorized to engage in Construction and Fit-out Works business in Jerusalem. Firm shall have been in business for at least three (3) years, with an office in Jerusalem.

4.

The Bidder must have over the last 3 years successful and continuous engagement in providing the services stated in the Statement of Work. These criteria shall be satisfied by the Firm itself. 

5.

The Bidder must provide a Certification that they have not been involved in any litigation action in the past 3 years which resulted in damages being awarded to the litigant, based on either failure to perform or poor maintenance.

6.

The Bidder must accepted the World Bank Group Contract Terms and Conditions for Works.

7.

Bidder must pass all other requirements stated in the IFB.
