The World Bank Group invites Expressions of Interest from qualified firms for providing refurbishment works in The World Bank office in Taramani, Chennai. The scope entails refurbishment works - demolition of all existing masonry partition walls, removal of existing fixtures and finishes, false ceiling and other allied services. Water proofing, tiling, electrical works, mechanical exhaust works, false ceiling, installation cubicle stalls, chrome & sanitary ware, false ceiling, grab bars, accessories and other aesthetic finishes.Firms must have a minimum of Seven (07) years’ experience and demonstrate an annual turnover/revenue of over INR 130,000,000 (One Hundred and Thirty Million) equivalent to USD 1.60 Million, in the last 2  fiscal years (2020-2021 and 2021-2022). Firms must have the required licenses, permits to operate refurnishment and MEP works in accordance with applicable local laws.
