The Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) group supports the mission of the Bank by meeting its technology requirements. “ITS” is seeking to renewal its REDHAT software ELA as specified in Exhibit C for ongoing support. Exhibit C describes the subscriptions in four lots. The WBG currently has the subscriptions for products described in Lot-1, Lot-2, and Lot-4 of Exhibit C. Lot-3 in Exhibit C is an option and WBG may select either Lot-2 or Lot-3 to renew depending on the pricing proposal. This renewal will be for Lot-1, Lot-2 or Lot-3, and Lot-4. The coverage period will start on July 1, 2019. The coverage period will be for one to three years (starting on July 1st and ending on June 30th) depending on the discount offered by the offeror. WBG will use terms and conditions acceptable to the Bank and already in place under the EULA with REDHAT. The selected reseller must be authorized by REDHAT as a reseller for the subscription renewals required in this IFB. The World Bank Group is afforded at a minimum pricing from the US Government GSA schedule.
