The WB Treasury oversees and executes Treasury Asset Management services for its internal portfolios and external clients. The Pre-Trade Surveillance (PS) team resides within the Treasury Risk, Compliance, and Control unit and provides pre-trade monitoring support to portfolio managers. As the number of clients and complexity of investment mandates has steadily grown over the years, the PS team is seeking a vendor to provide consulting services, with the objective of performing a review of the existing pre-trade rules, and an assessment to optimize the existing pre-trade rules framework. Assignment also includes considering relevant industry best practices to support a comprehensive pre-trade rules reference guide on rule construction and maintenance. The primary goal is to establish an efficient and sustainable pre-trade monitoring framework.
