The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“IBRD”), invites statements of qualification on which to base the selection of firms for providing Operations and Maintenance Service for HVAC and Building for its four offices located in New Delhi, India. Contractors are expected to provide dependable and efficient Operations and Maintenance services of HVAC equipment and building maintenance. Firm should have active operations in New Delhi, India.
Firm must have a minimum annual revenue of more than INR One Crore twenty five lakhs (INR 1,25,00,000) per annum and must demonstrate it has the financial capability to successfully support the entire contract.
Firm must have successfully and continuously been engaged as an Operations and Maintenance service for the last five (05) years.
The submission deadline is March 16, 2020, 06:00 pm Washington, DC time.
