The World Bank seeks to engage a qualified firm to provide a Modeling Agent for Famine Action Mechanism (FAM). The proposed procurement pertains to hiring a firm that will serve as a modelling agent to help the World Bank explore the potential for market-based financing solutions as part of the Famine Action Mechanism (FAM). The scope of work involves Famine Model Development and Trigger Design and is part of the first phase (Feasibility Study) needed to identify the role and potential of a financing instrument to cover famine risk.
