The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“the Bank”), invites Proposals from Offerors interested in providing the Services.

The Global Mobility Services Unit (HRDGM) of the HR Shared Services Department is responsible for, among others, the administration of benefits of expatriate World Bank Group (WBG) staff. HRDGM’s mission is to provide efficient, safe and cost-effective solutions that help staff and families to be productive in their new location in the shortest possible time. Since international moves present a unique set of rewards and challenges, the Global Mobility Team supports the movement of staff around the globe to all operational locations, from planning and preparing to move, through welcome on arrival and ongoing support to staff and their families throughout their deployment and next assignment.

HRDGM manages the Mobile Partners Career Program (MPCP). The MPCP aims to provide a comprehensive employment placement assistance services (the “Services”) to WBG staff assignees. The Services include career continuation and employment placement assistance services for spouses or domestic partners of expatriate WBG staff assigned in 131 locations or “duty stations”.

The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“the Bank”), invites Proposals from Offerors interested in providing the Services.
