The WBG invites qualified firms to submit technical and financial proposals to provide services associated with the World Bank Group’s requirement for MEP Engineering Services Framework Agreement for WBG HQ in Washington DC.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on March 29, 2022 at 2:00 pm, Washington, DC local time.
Firms must meet the following requirements to be eligible for technical evaluation:
- Evidence of minimum average annual gross revenues of US$3 M for the past five (5) years for work similar to the Statement of Work. 
- Evidence demonstrating firm has been operating in a positive cash flow position for at least two (2) of the past three (3) years
-Evidence that the Firm is registered and is authorized to engage in MEP Engineering Services business in Washington DC. Firm shall have been in business for at least five (5) years, with an office in the Washington DC metropolitan area.
- Evidence that over the last 5 years, company has successfully and continuously been engaged in providing the services stated in the Statement of Work. These criteria shall be satisfied by the Firm itself. 
- Certification that they have not been involved in any litigation action in the past 5 years which resulted in damages being awarded to the litigant, based on either failure to perform or poor maintenance.
- Offeror must accept the draft contract as is.
- Any other requirements stated in the RFP.
