The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“The Bank”) Invites qualified firms to submit technical and financial proposals to provide services to the World Bank Treasury’s Investment Management Department in the following areas:
Lot 1 –Provide a managed technology solution that supports middle and back office functions, allowing improved efficiency and effectiveness of The Bank’s asset management business. The vender hosted solutions should support all post-trade execution processes including, but not limited to trade matching, messaging, and settlement; accounting, reporting and reconciliations; compliance, performance and risk reporting; pricing and valuation; data management; fail management and investigation; and collateral administration.
Lot 2 –Provide global custody and administrative services for The Bank (i.e., IBRD, IDA, MIGA, and IBRD on behalf of World Bank Group Trust Funds) investment portfolios. Services are to include clearing and safekeeping of The Bank’s assets in the global markets; administrating corporate actions and income collection; collateral management; data management; and, pricing and valuation.
Firms are free to provide proposals for Lot 1, Lot 2 or both lots.
In order to receive the RFP firms MUST agree to the Bank’s mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA can be obtained by contacting the Category Manager with the information below. The Bank will not entertain changes to the NDA. Upon completion and submission of the NDA, the full RFP will be provided.
