The World Bank Group (WBG) is requesting information on Independent Third-Party Support (3PS) SAP software support services which are available in the market. WBG is gathering this information to develop a support model that will meet the business needs during transition to ERP future state which will take several years. This RFI aims to gather information on SAP Independent Third-Party Support providers with capabilities that should include, but not limited to providing bug fixes, configuration defects, security patches and customer code enhancement to ensure continued operations and availability of all SAP production instances, while assuring continued security and financial audit compliance.
