IFC is revamping and ramping up its ORM program. The overall purpose is to support IFC’s ORM program by providing a dedicated and integrated ORM System (ORMS) that would enable central data entry and storage and improve risk analytics and reporting.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:  OCTOBER 13, 2020 @ 5.00 PM EST

IFC is revamping and ramping up its ORM program. The overall purpose of the engagement is to support IFC’s ORM program by providing a dedicated and integrated ORM System (ORMS) that would enable central data entry and storage and improve risk analytics and reporting.

IFC requests proposals from interested Offerors who can implement its ORMS. The solution is expected to:

·       Support all the ORM tools, namely RCSA; risk event recording; KRIs and risk appetite; reporting and analytics; scenario analysis; operational risk issues monitoring; action plan monitoring

·       Reduce manual work, enhance user experience across the corporation,

·       Enhance dynamic and accurate reporting, provide improved analytics, improve ease of ongoing maintenance and configuration and provide a secure integrated ORM platform that helps to capture and store real time operational risk data relevant to the above mentioned ORM tools.
