International Finance Corporation (IFC) is looking for firm with the capability and demonstrated global experience of providing a conversational HR recruitment AI enabled chatbot, specifically designed to address recruitment frequently asked questions, automate candidate engagement, and increase efficiency. Offerors must have a track record of working with HR departments and developing solutions in the recruitment space.
Offerors must meet all the mandatory criteria as stated under the RFP to be eligible for Technical Evaluation.
