IBM RENEWAL FOR SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE SUPPORT

The Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) group supports the mission of the Bank by meeting its technology requirements. “ITS” is seeking software and hardware maintenance as specified in Exhibit C for ongoing support of IBM products. The coverage period will be for twelve months, starting July 1st, 2019 and ending on June 30, 2020. The WBG is fully licensed for the products described in Exhibit C and it will use terms and conditions acceptable to the Bank already in place for acquisition of software and hardware maintenance. For hardware and associated operating system (SWMA), the selected reseller will invoice the Bank on quarterly basis. The Bank reserves the right to remove any hardware and associated operating systems (SWMA) from the contract during the performance period. The selected reseller will remove all such items from the billing and will adjust the subsequent invoices accordingly. The Bank will provide 30 days advance notice for any such adjustments. The selected reseller must be authorized by IBM as a reseller for the maintenance required in this IFB. The World Bank Group is afforded at a minimum pricing from the US Government GSA schedule.
